8. nationwide Shipping Policy

We offer standard domestic shipping under strict weight and geographical limitations:

Weight Limit: Any item exceeding 4 pounds is NOT eligible for nationwide shipping.
Heavy or oversized items over 4 pounds must be fulfilled strictly via Local Delivery or In-Store Pickup.

Eligible States: Shipping is currently offered to 22 select states only. If your shipping address is outside our 22-state service area, standard shipping will be unavailable at checkout.

Shipping Rates: We charge a simple flat rate shipping fee currently priced at $5.99 for all shippable orders under 5 pounds.

Carriers & Speed: Shipped orders are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Ground and typically take 1–2 business days to arrive once processed.

9. local pickup & delivery policies

Any individual item or combined order exceeding 4 pounds is not eligible for standard flat-rate postal shipping. Instead, these items are fulfilled via local or regional courier delivery.

For orders or items exceeding 4 pounds, fulfillment is handled strictly through our On-Demand Courier Service via DoorDash.

Fulfillment Radius: Courier delivery is restricted to eligible local addresses within our designated fulfillment zone.

Rates & Calculation: Delivery fees are calculated dynamically in real-time during checkout directly by the Square & DoorDash courier system. Fees vary based on the delivery distance from our storefront at 11850 Park Waldorf Ln, Waldorf, MD, 20601 and current courier availability.

Shipping Rates: Courier shipping rates are determined dynamically by the courier based on your exact delivery address, distance from our storefront, and total order volume.

Calculation: Your exact courier shipping fee will be calculated in real-time during the checkout process once you enter your delivery address.

10. Commercial Reseller & B2B Policy

If customers intend to resell our products or feature them as inventory in another business capacity, they must agree to our strict attribution guidelines:

Mandatory Attribution: Any individual or commercial entity reselling Endzone Chicken products must explicitly attribute the products to Endzone Chicken.

Applicable Materials: This attribution must be clearly displayed on all consumer-facing menus, digital menus, signage, social media promotions, and any other public marketing materials.
